Purpose of the Job:
To respond to incoming calls from customers, take their orders, and answer questions and inquiries, trouble-shoot problems, provide information and handle complaints regarding Letshego’s products and services.
Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
1) Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer enquiries and complaints.
2) Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the Business Analyst.
3) Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
4) Ensuring customer satisfaction when rendering services and, maintaining customer confidentiality;
5) Maintain accurate reports on a weekly basis; efficient communication with colleagues for uniformity of products and procedures within the company; etc.
6) And, perform any other general office duties assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications, Competencies and other requirements:
1) Grade 12 with 25 points;
2) Good keyboard skills and impressive telephone etiquette;
3) Excellent Command of Verbal and Written English and able to communicate at all levels.
4) Promote effective teamwork and deal effectively with conflict situations
5) Ability to communicate both written and orally with people all levels of the Bank and with external parties.
