The role is responsible for ensuring commercial success of Government Lending Products in Kenya by managing the smooth day-to-day implementation of the product, all call-up and office visit clients and efficiently ensure achievement of goals set outing the business plan.
Main Responsibilities
• Will be responsible for selling and marketing Government loans
• Ensure the marked territory achieves or exceeds the required quota.
• Develop a sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of set targets and profitability
• Maintain accurate records; generate timely and reliable reports and action appropriate
• Liaise with finance to ensure timely payments and take up any challenges reported
Qualifications, skills and experience
• Should have worked for a year as a DSA.
• Experience in the microfinance will be an added advantage.
• A person of high integrity, good moral standing in the office and outside
• Excellent communication and presentation skill
