Purpose of the Job:
- Receive and welcome clients
- Promptness in attending to clients
- Assisting clients in filling their application forms.
Key Accountabilities:
- Accuracy and explanation of requirement needed
- To check if clients brought all the requirements
- Ability to detect fraud and report them immediately
- Efficient communication with colleagues for uniformity of products and procedures within the company
- Making sure sales targets are met
- Retention of existing customers through database management
- Minimizing settlements and retaining clients
- To ensure the clients are served timely
- Improve customer satisfaction
- Gather more feedback from our clients
