DIRECT SALES AGENT
A Job vacancy has risen within Letshego Financial Services Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Letshego Holdings Limited for the above-mentioned position;
Purpose of the Role:
To source sales and provide on-going customer service to ensure continued retention as well as repeat business for Letshego. A Sales Agent is expected to understand the strategic intent of Letshego and contribute to its fulfillment through the sale of products to the target market.
Key Accountabilities:
- Identify customer needs effectively in order to present financial solutions.
- Present and sell Letshego’s products and services to current and potential customers.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience by meeting the agreed turnaround times.
- Managing end to end delivery of customer products
- Providing after sales care to Letshego customers.
- Mining database by interacting by phone, digitally or by telephone with the customers to solicit loan sales.
- Developing strong professional relationships to create sales opportunities.
- Able to detect and prevent fraud
- Accuracy and detail in the explanation of loan requirements needed
- Efficient communication with colleagues for uniformity of products and procedures within the company
Knowledge and Experience Required of Job Holder:
- Certificate in Banking or a relevant field
- COP( Long Term)
- Minimum 2 years of Sales experience in a financial services field
- Good keyboard skills, digital acumen and impressive telephone etiquette
- Speak English and Setswana at a minimum
- Having your own transport will be an added advantage.
