Branch Operations Supervisor
A job vacancy has arisen within the LFSB tenable in Palapye for the above-mentioned position reporting to the Solution Business Development Manager, the details of the role are outlined below:
Purpose of the Role:
The Branch Operations Supervisor is required to approve client’s files in conformance with the company credit approval policy, effectively manage the sales process and ensure the look and feel of the Branch and satellite is as per the set standards at all times
Key Accountabilities:
- Supervising the Approvals Department activities to ensure compliance to set policies and procedures.
- Compliance with Regulatory laws and local laws
- Administration of consultants’ production statistics.
- Management of the sales floor for the branch
- Processing of early settlements
- Plan and execute sales promotions
Requirements Knowledge and Experience Required of Job Holder:
- Degree (4 year) Business Administration with Accounts 2, Finance
- 3 years continuous relevant experience, with at least 2years Supervisory experience
