2 AGENCIES NEEDED
Purpose of the Job:
• To sell agreed number of loans to the public by way of field sales agents of your own company.
• To ensure the completeness of application forms and loan documentation before dispatching for processing at our head office.
Key Accountabilities:
Sales Activities
• Meet set Sales Target.
• Ensuring that application forms are completed correctly and submitted with all required documentation, on time.
• Obtaining approval for loan from HR department of local authorities as expected.
• Informing customers about the Letshego products by distribution of company leaflets to potential markets.
• Converting a sale enquiry to a completed sale.
• Networking and creating a relationship with target clients.
Customer Service and PR
• To ensure that polite, informed and quality customer service is delivered to all clients.
• Presentable and clean appearance.
• To build and maintain a proper relationship management with local authorities and clients.
• To effectively handle client complaints.
Knowledge and Experience Required:
• Have to be registered with the regulator and complying with the laws of Lesotho
• A vast experience in the Lesotho market and geography
• Staff capability and a good staff compliment
• Expected to comply Anti Money Laundering and Combating Financing of Terrorism standards (AML/CFT) set by the Government of Lesotho rules, regulations, guidelines and instructions.
• Have an experience in selling Insurance and finance
